Getting started
How does WedeAI work?
Create a free account, answer eight questions about your business (industry, audience, style, goals, contact info), and AI builds a complete site in about a minute. You then refine via chat ('add a section about reviews', 'make the header darker').
How long does it take to go live?
About 15-30 minutes total: 10 minutes for the wizard, 1 minute for AI generation, 10-15 minutes for review and chat-based tweaks.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None. You describe your business in plain English. AI handles design, layout, copy and SEO.
Pricing and billing
What does WedeAI cost?
Starter €19/month (1 site, 30 AI edits, subdomain), Pro €59/month (5 sites, 200 AI edits, custom domain), Business €179/month (25 sites, white-label, API). All prices excluding 21% VAT for EU customers. Monthly billing, cancel anytime.
Can I pay annually?
Yes, annual billing gives a 20% discount. Email us to switch.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), iDEAL (NL), SEPA Direct Debit (EU), Bancontact (BE), and Revolut Pay. Processed by Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no contract, no questions asked. Cancel from the dashboard.
Custom domain and hosting
Can I use my own domain?
From the Pro plan (€59/mo) you can connect your own .com, .nl, .be, or any other TLD. On Starter (€19) you get a subdomain on wedeai.nl.
Where do I register a domain?
Register with any registrar (TransIP, Namecheap, GoDaddy, Cloudflare). We give you two DNS records to point to your WedeAI site.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Hosting, SSL, daily backups and security updates are included in every plan. No separate hosting bill.
Where is the hosting located?
Frankfurt, EU (Vercel + Neon Postgres). GDPR compliant.
AI and edits
How many AI edits per month?
Starter: 30 edits/mo. Pro: 200 edits/mo. Business: 800 edits/mo. Enterprise: unlimited. An edit is one chat instruction like 'change the header to red' or 'add a section about pricing'.
What if I hit my limit?
You get warnings at 80% and 100%. You can buy extra edits (€4-€5 per 100) or upgrade your plan.
Can I edit the site myself, without AI?
Yes, basic edits (text, images) you can do directly. AI edits are for structural changes (add/remove sections, redesign elements).
Will AI generate copy in English?
Yes, English is natively supported. The AI writes in the language you select during onboarding.
Data and privacy
Where is my data stored?
All data in EU (Frankfurt). Vercel for hosting, Neon Postgres for database, Resend for email. GDPR-compliant.
Do you train AI on my data?
No. Your briefings and generated content are not used to train AI models. Anthropic API calls use the no-training flag.
Can I export my site?
Yes, full HTML/CSS export available on Pro and Business plans. You own your content.
Do you sell my data?
No. Period. We make money from subscriptions, not from data.
